THIS IS IT!

Hi, folks!

Our PE Seminar came to an end last Wednesday. It's a pity because we had a great time developing our games in English. However, we spent our last session in the beach and we enjoyed it so much! Carmen developed a pretty famous game called "Boules". It's and individual game. First of all, you have to mark a line on the floor. That's the point where players have to throw their heavy "boules" trying to get as close as possible to the little ball previously thrown. We played two games and it was very funny.

After that, Dani explained an interesting and forceful game. It was played by teams in a pretty big rectangle. At the end of both edges it was the goal zone. Every team had to pass the ball in order to go ahed and score in the other's team goal. After that, Imma shown us a game with colored ropes. Every team had to draw with ropes the geometrical form the teacher shown in a flash card. Then, it was more difficult because there were forms inside bigger forms. A perfect game to relax.

Finnaly, I explained my game. It's called "Water Bomb" and you need two sheets and a couple of balloon filled with water. You have to mark a 4x4 square for each team and they have to be separated about 4 meters. Both teams have to propel the balloon with its sheet and send it to the other's team zone. They have to try to catch it with its sheet. If the do, they have to send it back. If one team can not catch it and the ballon explotes inside the square, it's a point to the other team. However, if the ballon explotes outside the zone, it's one point for the defending team.

This was not the last activity because after that we went to a bar next to the beach and I invited them to have a beer. It was the least I could after spending a great seminar with them.

See you next year!
